A standard personal coaching session will consist of a warm up involving the basic techniques of Pickleball, from the Dink, the serve, third shot drop and others!
A typical session will focus on particular skills in each session, to avoid overloading you and maximising retention. Various skill based drills and games will be introduced to encourage more live action application of the skills taught, and to help them become more natural.
For those new to the game, there will be explanation of the rules and techniques as the session progresses, for more advanced players more in depth performance coaching strategies and application ideas will be delivered to suit each individual's play styles and goals.
